our classes are pilates-inspired with a modern twist, incorporating modern movement science. We focus on quality movement, building strength, improving mobility and seeing results through progressive reformer training. Suitable for all levels, we work hard to ensure our studio is a welcoming and inclusive environment where we believe pilates is for everybody and EVERY-BODY. We have a good time, work hard but don’t take fitness too seriously.

Fundamentals.

Our FOCUS — Build + Fundamentals
class brings it back to the fundamentals with precise cueing and intentional movement. Build strength, refine your technique, and reconnect to the "why" behind the movement. Expect a fusion of mat and Reformer that’s all about control and strength. 

These classes can be a good place to start if new to Reformer to familiarise yourself with the movement pattern and to get comfortable on the Reformer. These classes are open to anyone and everyone.

OUR SIGNATURE full-body Reformer workout that moves with purpose. DYNAMIC is layered to challenge all levels—expect creative sequencing, options to scale, and a little bit of sweat. It’s rhythm, pace, and play—all in one.

Our classes are pilates-inspired with a modern twist, incorporating modern movement science. We focus on quality movement, building strength, improving mobility and seeing results through progressive reformer training. Our class structure and trainer style provides options for beginner to intermediate and advanced for a challenging yet accommodating class. Pushing you to the point where you feel challenged yet accomplished.

a slower-paced sequence designed to lengthen and release. FLOW focuses on mobility, flexibility, and feeling good in your body. Think juicy holds, deep stretches, and time to breathe. Like moving through honey—slow, intentional, and satisfying.

Cardio + Power

CHASE — Cardio + Power,
This one doesn’t hold back. High-energy, fast-paced, and rhythm-driven, CHASE blends Reformer with cardio-inspired movement for a sweaty, athletic burn. Expect minimal rest, spicy combos, and that sweet hit of endorphins. You’ll leave breathless, but buzzing.

BASELINE is our Men’s Reformer class. A monthly, men’s-only session designed to help you get confident on the machine. Learn the basics. Build on your base. Move well and start strong.

One class, once a month. No pressure—just mates and movement.

And once you’ve tried it, you’re ready to jump into our other open-level classes like FOCUS, DYNAMIC, or even CHASE. No pressure to become a Pilates person. Just move well, feel better, and book what suits you.
